This project contains the GUI installer that can be used by the ABT project to build GUI installers.
This project can't installed or run by it self. It needs a zip file containing installers scripts with a very specific format to be included in the build.

Feature list

A GUI with an Install button (Or Upgrade, Downgrade, Update, Reinstall depending on current installations state)
Copy included zip file to a temp directory, unzip it, run the installer script in it with install privileges and optionally run the installed application (Platform depended).
Install privileges:

Windows XP: Run it as administrator user
Windows 10: Run it with Elevated Privileges using included script
Linux: Run is using sudo
Mac: Run is using sudo (NOTE: THIS IS UNTESTED!!)

Manual install: Copy included zip file to a temp directory, unzip it and open the directory (Platform depended).
Uninstall the application (Only available if the application is installed)
Run the application (Only available if the application is installed)

Installation

Download this file
Unzip the file to a permanent directory
Add the following to the ABT Configuration File:
    Package.Desktop.CompiledInstallerPath=<Path to the directory where the file was unzipped>
  e.g.:
    Package.Desktop.CompiledInstallerPath=/home/allan/Mit/Java/ABT/ABT data/Temporary output/ABT - Installer/Compile - Module source/
Delete downloaded the file (Optional)

Uninstallation

Delete the unzipped files
Remove the property from the ABT Configuration File

The newest version is: ${MODULE.VERSION}
